Trail Art

Stuff I don't like to see when riding by myself. I tell myself it's the poachers who did this. But in the back of my mind, I can't help but think a mountain lion did this.



Or maybe Brad has been riding in the "UC" again. I heard he likes to kill deer.

Now that you mention it, I have seen more carcasses this year.

Glass half full: the mountain lions have plenty to eat so they aren't interested in eating prime Rick.

Glass half empty: More dead deer, more mountain lions.

Glad I could put your mind at ease.

Nobody likes to admit it, but those foothills are teeming with lions during the winter. And probably the summer.

Remember the eld on the race course last year? Man, that thing stunk up the area for half the summer.

When I go, that's how I want it. Killed by a lion while mountain biking. Just leave my carcus on the trail to be one with the earth. whoever finds me first can have my bike.

Cool. Just found a couple of lion kills myself. Makes you think about bending over to tie your boots...
