I'm trying to avoid getting sick. What is my strategy? Sweat it out. Ride hard and flush any virus bugs out of my system. Will it work? I have no idea but if it does, I'm writing a book.
If it doesn't work and you see me on the side of the road or trail hunched over my top tube throwing up, just give me the thumbs up and keep away.

Good luck. I had grand plans of riding 40-50 miles per day this week. Then on Monday I got a cold and have ridden exactly 0.
Please wear your CDC issued quarantine jersey when you ride.
Working out a chest cold, ... cough, couph, spit ... right now. Good luck with the flu.
I personally like that plan and have tried it before. Seems to help in some situations. Good luck.
