Up at 4:50am
At Chevron (for a fritter and Diet Coke) by 5:05am
Base of Little Cottonwood Canyon to meet Rob and Jon by 5:30am
At trail head with skis and skins on by 6:00am
At the summit of Flagstaff (10,000 + feet) by 7:15am (we had to break trail in 50" of new snow...brutal)
Home (for a shower and change of clothes) at 8:30am
At work by 9:15am
Only in Utah can you pull that off. The boss doesn't need to know how I spent my morning. As long as I'm at work at a decent time to make some money for the company (and enough to pay the bills) it's all good. That is why I will never move.

I must be a slow starter. Now way I could get up at 4:50 and be at the chevron by 5:05.
I think it was March of last year when my boss found out (because I told him) that I go skiing in the morning before work. Obviously it doesn't get in the way.
I'm with you on not moving. We were rearranging the kids rooms last night, and I was thinking "I'm going to die in this house."
Good solid Habit 7: Sharpen the Edges.
Mark- The trick is to pack up the car the night before. Eat breakfast at the Chevron.
I have a new level of respect for your skills. I kinda fancy myself as one that gets the maximum amount of sleep while still getting to the canyon on time....and I get up at 4:30. After I get Lasik surgery on my eyes next month I am estimating I can get at least an additional 7 minutes of sleep. I still got a ways to catch you though. Now Rob on the other hand says he likes to take a shower before hitting the trail. How could you two be so different?
I actually draw a bath and soak for an hour before doing my hair.
