This is why I get out of bed at 4:30AM on a weekday

One of the best days of the year in the Wasatch Backcountry. Chad, Justin, Scott, Me.  Up to the Black Knob, dropped in the north side, over to Cardiac, then back over to Black Knob down Little Superior.

Thanks Chad for putting in the skin track.

Don't cut yourself short. Chad's skis were so skinny we were practically breaking our own trail. And don't forget that you and I put in a pretty mean skin track coming back out to black knob.

Come to think of it, I think Chad was milking it up there while he was 'breaking trail'. He sure was going slow up there.

Epic morning for sure!

I'll pay dearly for those comments....

I liked the video. That snow looked creamy good.

Okay setting the record straight. The definition of milking it is breaking trail and filming you three dudes at the same time, stopping at each turn to bury my head in a handheld camera. Skinny skis Ha! I wish. I guess it's all relative.

So, thats what Utah Powder looks like. Sweet video. I have watched it 4 times now. Good stuff right there.

As the tail of the group, I can't dish out any trash talk. But my skis did look slightly fatter than what Chad had.
