As soon as a certain Cannondale Factory rider heads to draper for a casual ride, all your KOM's belong to him. That and Strava is a good way to go slow on race day. I have 4 different ways of climbing from the zoo to the fence and all 4 get counted against a specific segment, so yeah, those numbers are as certain as the 'calories' burned....

I hear you. But I do think riding with a public clock ticking away in your jersey pocket is a great way to force an interval effort. KOM or not.
Hell, Alex is crushing DH KOM's too. Intervals, schmintervals.
Bob is right we should all quit riding bikes. Beginning tomorrow. And if you do find yourself needing to ride a bike...don't sweat.

Alex and I have an agreement. I won't race La Ruta and he won't TT Ghost Falls.
Now you just need to get the Strava widget on the blog.
I got one just recently. It motivates me more to ride more often. What's next to this?
