Kicking Things Off The Right Way In 2011

My only goal in 2011 is to eat better. I'm hoping this means faster legs come race day.

FWIW: Some (most? all?) rice cookers are also great at cooking oatmeal. Rice cookers with timers are even better -- you can have hot, freshly-cooked oatmeal waiting for you in the morning when you wake up.

I don't know about the faster legs, but you'll have a cleaner colon if you eat that stuff.

I've got a bag of that in my pantry. Thanks for the rice cooker tip. I love the stuff but rarely have 30 minutes to cook it.
