I had hiked the upper CC area scouting a new trail route and apparently trail work is nearly as good as having a SS in the back. If the speeder has awsomeness in the back of his truck (ie Singlespeed MTB,) don't write the ticket.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4461231512323904048.post-15630426940428466002008-09-21T18:49:00.000-06:002008-09-21T18:49:00.000-06:00it's much easier to avoid the ticket on the north ...it's much easier to avoid the ticket on the north side, cuz they patrol it practically every day--predictable.

but on the south side, they patrol like twice a year. i get a ticket both times.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4461231512323904048.post-68159651939906498042008-09-21T08:37:00.000-06:002008-09-21T08:37:00.000-06:00I think that it's probably impossible to go 40mph ...I think that it's probably impossible to go 40mph down suncrest.

Draper/Highland should consider fines for speeding tickets part of property tax for those living on the hill. The points for speeding still go on your license, but you all should get a pass on the fine.

If I lived up there, I'd wind up commuting by bike year-round, 'cause I'm pretty sure I'd wind up losing my license if I had to drive off that hill a couple times a day.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
