Vitamin B

I've been taking one of these a day.  It says right on the bottle "Helps convert food into energy".
Anyone else notice a difference when loaded up on vitamin Bs?

    if you want it to, it will. I have some magicul froot juice i can sell you, all nautral, only 50 bucks per 12 oz bottle.
