Also, 28 tires with 60 or 70 psi will slow you down some. But, if you have an 11 tooth in the back, you shouldn't be spinning out too often. I find rollers are great for the Z2 rides and maybe tempo stuff but a trainer helps with the harder efforts because you can throw yourself around.
